Always move forward...

The most positive leaders always move forward because they realize there's nothing to gain by going backwards. The past is the past and it's impossible to go back and rewrite history.

In fact, why would you want to? Although the results you desired may not have come from the efforts you put forth, what you gained is experience for all endeavors going forward.

Most people look at negative situations and fail to put a positive spin on things. But leaders use everything they do as a building block. Every experience, positive or negative, is stored away, and when a similar situation presents itself again, you'll have the knowledge to act accordingly.

Today, focus your efforts not on what could've happened yesterday, but on what can happen in the next 24 hours. Forward thinkers accomplish great things.
