How To Get 5-10 People To Contact You About Your Business Every Day

It's not uncommon to be involved with a network marketing, or MLM opportunity and not feel a certain level of frustration. There's a lot of rejection, a steep learning curve, and a feeling that deep down, you'll be spinning your wheels forever.

Most brand new networkers fail and leave the industry before they reach the level of success they were promised when they first became a distributor, some of which were right next to achieving their goals but let exterior forces influence their decision to quit. In fact, a startling fact has surfaced that states 97% of people fail at MLM and never achieve full-time income.

That's a huge number, but it opens up a small window for you to become one of the 3% to make a name for yourself in this industry. And how is that accomplished? Simply by lessening the steepness of your learning curve by thinking like an entrepreneur and educating yourself on how to be successful.

Network Marketing can be frustrating if you practice a lot of the outdated, old-school methods that USED to be effective. In network marketing's hay-day, it was standard practice to talk to everybody you knew, cold-call leads, hold parties at your home and/or at hotels, and basically work your ass off over a three, four, five, or even longer time period to build a large downline and strong residual income.

Today, it's a different ball game. There are home business options that aren't built on an MLM model. The Internet has changed the way business is done, and the information people seek about network marketing opportunities no longer comes to them via sit-downs in kitchens or getting chased down by someone at the mall.

I joined my first opportunity because my best friend presented the idea to me and it made sense. Once I signed up, I attended a hotel meeting that our group was holding, mainly to gather more information for my own benefit and see how these meetings were conducted. I was shocked to see that, after an hour presentation on ONLY the good side of the business, people had an application thrown in front of them and were forced to make an on-the-spot, impulse-based decision.

People don't want to be bugged, bothered, or sold on anything. If they decide to make a purchase or join an opportunity, they want it to be their decision. As well it should be. Therefore, it's your duty as a savvy network marketing leader to put your salesman hat away and simply provide people the information they look for.

You might be asking, "Well, if I do that, Jason, how will I ever grow my business? How will people know about it?" This is a fair question and the answer most likely contradicts the training and lessons your upline has given you. That's unless your upline has shifted with the times and teaches new-age prospecting and recruiting.

Ask yourself the following question: How different would your business be if 5-10 people contacted you every single day, credit cards in-hand, ready to join your opportunity?

My guess is things would change dramatically for you!
